All packages are available for pickup in Savanna-la-Mar at Knutsford Express. Once your package arrives in Jamaica and your bill has been processed, it will be ready for collection the following day. Your Knutsford tracking number will also be sent to your email for your reference.

Any packages that are lacking the courier code specified In the address. Please make sure, you include all address information & courier code so your package won’t goes into unknown status because once it does you’ll have to pay a fee of $500 JMD. Also you must provide the correct tracking number for the package's removal from 'Unknown' status.Please note that it may take up to 1 to 2 weeks to process the removal of packages from 'Unknown' status, after which they will be shipped on the next available shipment day. You will receive an email update once the package has been shipped.
To avoid paying customs duty on your packages, ensure that your orders remain below the value of US$100. Packages valued over this amount are subject to customs duty charges.
We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
Check if you added the right address along with the Courier code , if you didn’t request an unknown status check by contacting us .
Savanna-la-mar & Knutsford express , so after you pay your bill send a screenshot of payment along side your Knutsford information ( NAME , NEAREST KNUTSFORD LOCATION , NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS) OR SCHEDULE IT WITHIN THE SYSTEM. Make payment before 11 : am so your package can be sent out within the same day , if you make payment after 11: am , your package will be Knutsford out the following day .
If any package is stolen or misplaced while under our care before the storage fee is incurred, you will receive a refund via the payment details provided during purchase or through your bank statement. If the item was purchased at a discounted price, you will be refunded the discounted amount paid, rather than the original .
